About Embrace Life
I genuinely believe that our construct of life is nothing but the stories we tell ourselves. And over time we manifest these subconscious stories into our physical world. Whether it's your poor health, or a broken relationship, or an unsatisfactory job or even a poor approach to life in general, it all started with the stories we allowed ourselves to believe in.

Through a series of modalities and interventions, once you address these negative story patterns you learn to heal not just bits and parts of yourself but the whole you.

Embracelife was not an overnight idea…it was a journey. A journey of experiencing firsthand as a medical student and then a practitioner the limitations of the conventional medicine approach and its impact. The emphasis was or still is more on disease management than prevention, on symptomatic piecemeal approach rather than the whole person-centred approach, on purely the physical aspect of health and disease rather than the other equally influential dimensions of emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Embracelife is about creating your best story. A story not layered or burdened by your poor self-esteem, high anxiety, or health challenges. A story which doesn’t end with you as the victim or with life just happening to you day in and day out. Embrace life is about changing your narrative. Its about creating the transformation you dreamt of secretly but never believed you could achieve. Its about creating the impact you are capable of in this world. It’s about having your true voice heard and your message shared

Dr. Bhavana Gautam
Hi Im Dr Bhavana Gautam, an integrative health consultant, counselling therapist and transformation coach.

Although I started my journey as a healthcare professional some 15 years back , it was the nagging feeling that there is something beyond physical wellbeing that controls our quality of life and happiness that made me embark on a long exploration of holistic health management, preventive health, emotional and mental wellness (along with Energy healing)

I started like most young people my age, full of enthusiasm and positivity but life happened just like it happens to every one of us.

I had those moments of fear, anxiety, pessimism and more than that the feeling of being stuck. Physical health breakdown, relationship struggles, financial uncertainties were part of it. It was my own journey that played a pivotal role in bringing about the genuine understanding of how the thought – feeling – decision – behaviour – outcome connections contribute to the way life shapes up at every stage.

Embracelife is an extension of this experience in trying to support every individual to discover, design and deliver a life of conscious choices.

I approached Dr. Bhavana when I was overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. She made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind and being able to let my guard down and express difficult emotions. She helped me gain a more positive outlook on myself and the situations in my life.
Dr. Bhavana understood me and my situation and provided the logic behind my thoughts and actions, which was very liberating.
She encouraged me to reflect on many things and allowed me to see certain situations in a different light and offered support on how to cope with identity challenges, social pressures, and career uncertainty.
Her approach was warm, friendly, and comforting.
Dr. Bhavana is a positive, compassionate, and easy to talk to person. She has a holistic approach and believes that food is medicine and, that's what makes Dr. Bhavana so different, as she guides to heal from within all senses of our being.
I look forward to seeing her when I have to deal with a troubling circumstance. Her insights always encourage me to understand the situation from a pragmatic viewpoint.
Her patience, support, and guidance have enabled me to turn my life around.
In our society, counseling or therapy is such a taboo. But we need to understand that our mental and emotional health is as important as our physical health. Dealing with our emotional stressors helps to heal us from a cellular level.
So, never be embarrassed to take help when you need it, and break the stigma!"

I have known Dr Bhavana Gautam for the last nine years, first as heading a business vertical for a TPA and then as somebody running her own practice as a medical practitioner and emotional well-being counsellor. Her work ethics and values attract each one of us to keep wanting to reach out. And that is what made me invite her to be a partner at the RR community platform which we run across 27 countries. She also has an extremely strategic mind as a thinker and is able to look at both the large picture and the smaller details, hence being able to help people not just with emotional counselling but also as a life coach. I have recommended her to many of my patients and each one of them has come back with amazing feedback about her including evidence-based improvements in their health.

I have known Dr Bhavana for a few years now and have always found her as a warm and approachable person. So when I found myself spiralling out, without a moment's hesitation I booked a session with her. She never gave me direct suggestions nor did she have a good or bad opinion about my life choices. She simply accepted me and showed me different perspectives of my issues. I may have known them logically but when one is overwhelmed with emotions we cannot see it clearly. Simple gestures of having confidence in my capabilities and few encouraging words were all that I required to get back to normalcy. Dr Bhavana showed me a path, which suited me, which made me realise what I want and how I should go about it. And she did all this in an informal setting which makes it all the more comfortable. More than a person in authority she appealed to me as a peer who understands me and accepts me. And for me this acceptance is what made a whole lot of difference. Thanks a lot Bhavana for everything
